Jeremy A. Schwartz, MD

Dr. Schwartz grew up in South Florida, and attended the University of Miami where he received both his Bachelor’s and Medical Degrees. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio. Following his residency, Dr. Schwartz completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery including complex foot and ankle reconstruction at the Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa.

He is Board Certified by The American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, a Fellow of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and The American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. He is the founding member of our Foot & Ankle Center of Excellence. He and his wife Deena are proud parents of three wonderful children.
