Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida is very pleased to announce that Jason Nemitz, M.D. has been elected as their newest physician shareholder. Dr. Nemitz joins nine existing physician partners in the practice.
Jason Nemitz, M.D. specializes in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery. He graduated from Ohio State Medical University. After receiving his medical degree he completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital, followed by a foot and ankle surgical fellowship at Michigan International Foot and Ankle Center.
